Global support and sales specialist

Description

You will work in a global B2B and professional environment, while coordinating and executing work processes that involve several internal factors. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who is keen to learn about the nuclear medicine industry and deliver high level of service to our global customers.   

Responsibilities

  • Support sales team – communicate with existing and potential customers, organize meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Maintain strong relations with customers
  • Track sales activity and manage orders process of global customers on weekly basis
  • Provide independent and high-quality responses to our customers
  • Contribute ideas and practical solutions to ensure customers contentment
  • Analyze orders projections and commitment compared to practice
  • Coordinate internal communication to ensure a strong workflow and customer satisfaction (including finance, logistics, sales, production etc.)
  • Develop and improve work processes, as part of the growing team
  • Develop training practices for new hires – future task

 

Required experience and skills:

  • University degree, preferably in life science and related fields
  • Fluent English and Hebrew – must. Other languages – advantage
  • At least 1 year of customer support/ service experience
  • Experience in working in the medical field – advantage
  • Experience in working in an international B2B environment – advantage
  • Experience in export – advantage
  • Have an excellent approach to scientific and technical aspects
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize time and projects under pressure
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, a self-learner
  • Commitment to excellence: willing to accept constructive feedback, and drive toward continuous improvement
  • Energetic, able to work outside regular hours and be on-call as needed
  • Willingness to travel
